I'm pretty sure bubs isn't anywhere near where my scar is just yet, but yesterday and today I felt what I can only describe as a really painful electric shock running across the length of my scar. It hurt so much I caught my breath

Anyone else get this before or know what would have caused it to happen twice?

could it possibly be the scar stretching? the tissue is different from normal skin or muscle tissue so maybe it would feel different from normal pain.

I havent had anything like that as such, but I have had funny pains across my scar, kind of like....pinching or something! I imagine it would just be stretching and stuff, but maybe let your MW know?

its normal.....if you can picture it......little kinda blister things under the skin and when everything moves and stretches so does your scar and this means that its pushing the blisters forward..............its not a bad thing but is painful........due to a major botch up during my c one side wasnt completly healed and only closed a few months ago so im in agony not to mention lifting little fatty up doesnt help matters :-)
good luck

I had something similar at about 7 weeks. Went to the doctor as it just didn't feel right. She sent me for a scan to check baby is in the right place. Also did a few tests and turns out I had a UTI. Apparently after a C/s we're are slightly higher risk of ectopic. Btw my c/s was 10 years ago!!

Congratulations and good luck!

Spoke to MW and she said it would probably be adhesions being moved around with everything els to accommodate the growing uterus.
