| Has anyone read this book? Or used the techniques in it? Ive heard about this book but trying to decide if its worthwhile getting. Trying to get a five month old to sleep for longer than 45minutes at a time. Thanks in advance |

I've used some of the techniques and I like her approach. There are heaps for sale on TradeMe, that's where I got mine.
BTW I found The Baby Whisperer Solves Your Problems better than the first Baby Whisperer book. -------------

I agree with Josephina, the second book has way more in it, the first hardly has anything.
The techniques are good and she is very realistic, I also have a 45 minute baby though and somedays her techniques work and some days it doesn't. She does say though if your baby wakes happy then that may be all he really needs. -------------
