mean that your cycle is a 28 day cycle? Or a 29 day cycle sine it came on that day?
Im confused! ------------- TTC 6 years IVF it is IVF/ICSI round one 10 eggs, 8 mature, 3 fertilised BFN IVF/ICSI #2 = 22 eggs! 20 mature, 15 fertilised, 1 fresh transfer and 2 frosties BFN 2 Frosties still in freezer thank god |

| Here's another curly CD question; for my last 2 AFs I've had a very small amount of pink/brown discharge for up to 3 days before AF (this doesn't normally happen). Is CD1 the 1st day of pink discharge or 1st day of blood flow? |

To me day one of AF is the first day where there is flow enough to need a pad/tampon and is red flow. (Also technically before midday as well - according to my gynae) ------------- Formerly Wishin41 |

| From a bit of reading I have done, it appears that CD1 is the first day that you have red blood flow, enough to use a pad/tampon, the spotting/discharge days don't count. I don't know about the time of day though. |

Me too! Doesn't normally happen for me either. So annoying as I've been wondering the same thing but have read from other posts etc that generally you should take it from the first day of red flow. -------------

Duh! I've always said I have a 28 day cycle even though AF comes on day 28!
I totally know that AF day is cycle day one too! Doh! |
