YAY!!! So excited I had to share!

My clever little monkey Esme has her very first tooth! Its weird because she hasn't shown any signs of teething it just popped up outta nowhere! Hazel on the other hand has been showing signs and getting grumpy for weeks but still no tooth.

Anyway I'm so excited I just might pop! haha

BTW its weird how sharp and pointy it is.

Congratulations!!! gosh I'm looking forward to elizabeth getting her 1st tooth. That is just so cool, have you started the tooth brushing thing already? I know I'd be dying to make it look extra clean and pretty.

Haha I never even thought of that! Its only teeny tiny. Will have to find out if I'm supposed to be brushing it. Seems a bit silly to brush something so small though

I know! Emily had her bottom front 2 come up within a week. Put my finger in and let her bite, out of curiousity, and boy did I jump when I found out just how sharp they actually are. Like little razor blades!!!

Oh and the toothbrushing thing, I just let Emily hold her tootbrush while I brush my teeth, and she copies. So cute! I just wet the tootbrush with water for now, no toothpaste yet. My plunket nurse said at first it's more about developing the habit. So now that she's used to it, I might start the toothpaste and will see how that goes. If you're not too sure about trying the toothbrush yet, you can just wet a bit of muslin cloth and rub the tooth.
