How are other people coping with having to come off their anti-anxiety/depression medication during pregnancy?
I couldn't think of a worse time to have to stop almost cold-turkey (mine was unplanned) and it well and truly did my head in for the first month or two. Things are starting to get better now but it's a hard road! It's also difficult to know what to blame on hormones and what to blame on detox!!

i went off cold turkey about 2 months before getting pg and have coped surprisingly ok. im under way less stress than i was before and being pg has somehow made me very rational. lol. i think about a situation before i lose it and try and figure out if its as bad as i think it is. my only exeption is work, they are treating me like crap and i burst into tears at the concept of having to go into work so im trying to get early maternity leave. -------------
