I seem to have come down with a bit of a cold/flu thing (weird cause it's summer!!) and i would normally have a hot drink with lemon, honey and some fenugreek seeds to help clear up the runny nose etc.
I have read that fenugreek helps when you have a low milk supply and not to take during early pregnancy. Does anyone know if it is safe to still use fenugreek seeds when 29 weeks preg? Most things I've read say not to take it during pregnancy, I don't know for sure, but I'd seek the advice of a qualified naturopath or herbalist also. ------------- Mama to two earth walkers & two angels.
