Well done Danaj the room looks awesome! The butterflies you got from TM look awesome!!

We are so close to finishing bubs room, waiting for the change table to arrive, have to find a lid for our toy box and stain it and then we are done, I will have to put some photos up when we finish.

Anyone else got any photos, I love looking at what people have done!

The butterflies were from trademe so I just painted them up. I painted the animal pics out of boredom. They're actually microsoft clipart pics that I changed and enlarged so hopefully I don't get stung for copyright lol. That flimmin change table has been the bane of my life. The stripes were near impossible to pain without spreading under the masking tape and the white doesn't match the white I used on the other furniture. Oh well, i'm sure she wont mind :)

Wow looks so sweet!
Gosh it reminds me of being pregnant! I used to go into the girls room and touch up little things every now and then. My favourite was going through the draws with all their new little prem size clothes and imagining what outfits they would wear lol!

Lisa, I do the same thing lol! I went through her drawers again last night rearranging them over and over again. Then I realised I was being silly as I seriously doubt they're going to stay in perfectly arranged size/colour stacks as they are now lol.

Getting very impatient now.........

That change table was given to us by a friend. It was old varnished pine that had been sitting in their garden shed all banged up for a few years. I made DH pull it apart and sand it so I could make a project out of re-vamping it. It turned into a bit of a nightmare as they whole thing was glued and screwed and refused to go back together properly. We had many an argument over why I had to have it white, and my answer being "because it just has to be perfect". He says I am crazy. You ladies understand my point though don't you??

Awesome room! And well done on the artwork, it's great! It would be awesome to see other nursery rooms, if anyone wants to share. We're at the stage of regibbing, so still a fair way to go before the room is ready, hoping to have it done before March when bubs is due, even though he'll sleep in our room for a bit.

I know we shared artwork pics a short while ago but i'd love to see what everyone else is doing for their nursery? There were so many options and choices so I just stuck to nature/animals. Suits the rest of the house (dog and cat fur everywhere) LOL.

Some of you ladies have had some amazing ideas for decorating, i'd really love to see what you decided to do!!
