Has anyone else used Maternity Direct and had an issue with items not arriving?
I ordered a Hot Milk maternity bra on the 11th December of which the payment was deducted from my credit card on the 15th December. I have still not received the bra. I can understand its a busy time of year but how many people order bras for Christmas presents? They apparently deliver within 5 working days and will email if there is a problem with availability etc
The website only has an email address which I have emailed twice but have had no response.

Gosh that is terrible service - at least if they were closed for Christmas they should have an email telling you so. Have you looked in the Whitepages at all to see if they hav a number in there. I think that it is a bit odd that they don't have a contact phone number on their webpage, hope it arrives soon!

Postage and couriers have been incredibly back logged. But I wouldn't think a parcel would take that long to arrive!. Hope you get some answers soon

That is strange. I received an overnight courier package the next day so if they posted it snail mail it is possible that it is backlogged but couriers are pretty good at the moment.

I had trouble with them when I was pregnant I bought 2 things and it turned out they weren't in stock then they didn't want to refund me, and said I could have another similar item if I just paid $10 more, etc it was very frustrating! Maybe someone should go to target about them

Birdie - did you pay by credit card? If so, maybe contact credit card company? We have done this before. Man I am suprised MD are still in business, that is shocking. Over three years down the track!
