I've never cooked roast pork before, and we got given 4 pork roasts (homekill) for Christmas. SO I'm cooking up one of them for our 2nd Christmas lunch tomorrow, at our place.
What's the best way to cook this? Looking for easy and yummy 
Oh and we like crackling
