Does anyone have any magic tricks for stopping a nosebleed quickly?
I thought mine had almost stopped - but far from it. I had 7 yesterday and have had 4 so far today. It means spending an excessive amount of time in the loo and I'm sure my co-workers are wondering what I'm up to in there. lol. |

that sucks make sure your pinching the top of your nose it makes it stop faster but as for how often have you checked with your doc?

| Hiya I used to get chronic nosebleeds as a kid - the best thing I found was to keep your head in a normal position and pinch the bottom of your nose as you would when dunking your head under water. Usually will go away within a minute max. Hope they clear up for you soon - theres nothing more annoying!! |

Thanks alyxw. Yes, they're very annoying. Especially when I'm just chatting to someone and I suddenly start dripping!!
Lucky though - it hasn't happened out in public yet. |

| Had an appt with my obs today and mentioned the nosebleeds - he was quite alarmed at how many I'm having - so he's 'quarterised' my nose. I think this means he's burnt the blood vessels - but he seems to think they'll calm down now - lets hope so!! |
