Has anyone bought one of the Baby Factory ex rental capsules? What did you think of it? Was it a good brand? Was it in good condition?
We borrowed a capsule for Jack and I am wondering about buying one for this baby but the budget doesn't stretch to a new one. ------------- Lindsey

My brother got one from them a year ago for their baby, and we are now using it for ours. It's in very good condition and is really easy to use. It's an Evenflo Discovery one.
I'm sure you'd be able to check it's condition out when you go in to buy one, also check the year it was made. My Plunket nurse said they should only be used a maximum of 8 years. The one we have was a rental for two, so thankfully within the limit! I had no idea that they 'expired'. ------------- ~Cassie~

good brand and cause they only rent them for 18month they have only done 3 babies before they sell them off so pretty good deal and they are a pretty common brand . I have only used the evenflo brand of capsule. ------------- Deborah Mum to:

We bought an evenflo ex rental from there, managed to sell it on trademe when we were finished for $5 more than we bought it for! ------------- Mummy to two beauties... Formerly Kaiz. |

| We got one from there for $95 but I've seen brand new ones for cheaper than that so just keep our eye out for a bargain really. The one we got was an evenflo one with a base and they kids destroyed it but we still managed to get $30 back for it so it probably is a better brand than those cheapies. |

BF doesn't do any safety checks on the capsules before selling them, so it would be worth doing a good check of the straps and making sure the buckle does up properly etc. Someone would have had to be very rough on the plastic shell to compromise that surely? ------------- http://lilypie.com">  http://lilypie.com">
