I just bought a book called 1001 Practical Household uses for Vinegar. Quite a few of them seem to relate to some pregnancy issues so I thought I'd post them.

Please note i'm assuming these are all safe to do during pregnancy but check with MW if you're not sure on any of them as I have not checked.

Haemorrhoids
Soothe the itching and burning by takin a cotton ball and dabbing the affected area with full strength apple cider vinegar. If you find the full strength solution stings, dilute the vinegar half and half with water.

Cold Sore
Dry up a cold sore by dabbing it with a cotton ball saturated in white distilled vinegar three times a day. The vinegar will quickly soothe the pain and swelling.

Constipation
Pectin, found in apple cider vinegar, can assist your body with regular bowel movements. Try a daily dose of 5ml/1tsp to aid digestive acids and so relieve consitpation.

Heartburn
If you suffer from heartburn, drink 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water prior to eating.

Muscle cramps
Quite often caused by too low a level of potassium. Tape 1tsp of apple cider vinegar on the onset of cramp to relieve the condition.

Toothache
Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar, place it on the aching tooth and bite down. In moments the toothache is temporarily gone.

Vaginal irritation/yeast infections
A few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the bath water can help vaginal irritations. Bathe regularly until symptoms disappear.

Varicose veins
Splash apple cider vinegar on your varicose veins. The vinegar will reduce the veins and relieve the pain and swelling.
