It could just be an area that hasn't dried or gotten sweaty and it might just be a bit of fungal infection. Maybe you could try getting a bit more air to the area and a bit of barrier cream may help.  I have never used baby powders or curash but they may also help.

Cian gets that in his neck rolls (what a fatty!! lol ) and we just make sure to wash it well at night and then put either pawpaw or some cream from a little grey pot we got as a freebie - sorry, can't for the life of me remember the name of it!! - and that seems to clear it up nicely... he hates us touching it though, must hurt a bit poor boy

I think its called sudocream in the little grey pot.

We used bepanthem which is really good for nappy rash, cuts, well everything really. Make sure they are well cleaned and dried and aired in their creases (Josh had lots when he was little).

It could be infected excema if its behind the knees tho so if the creams dont work the doc will prolly give you antibiotics and/or hydrocortizone cream but ask on here cos i have heard some have had great success with some natural creams for excema rather than the steriod based ones the docs give you.

its ecsma and its infected................Ty was huge had rolls on rolls so we had to be very careful................you can get a hydro cream from docs but only use it spearingly as it is really bad for kids..............or if its not irrating to much keep it dry and clean and dry it every few hourswith cotton wool or soft cloth.........there are alot of natural things to use but make sure its not covered and the air gets in otherwise baby will be in alot of pain and itchi....................goodluck
