Does anyone know of any good antenatal yoga or pilates classes in Wellington. Preferably with classes in the city around midday or in the northern suburbs in the evenings. -------------

I went to http://www.yogaindailylife.org.nz/ - Yoga in Daily Life which was on a Saturday.
However they do run normal lunch time classes and I know most Yoga teachers are happy to have pregnant women in their classes. |
