Hi everyone,
I had my first nasty experience with constipation a week ago, so decided to visit the supermarket to see what was safe and easily available to help. I found a brand called Phloe, which uses a kiwifruit extract as its active ingredient in its capsules. I checked out all the writing on the package, and it claimed to be all natural and safe, and there were no warnings for pregnant women. So I've tried it, and so far I think it may be helping!
I'm just curious if anyone else has tried these, and what your experiences have been. Hoping there are only good stories!

Hi!!!
I was close to checking out the supermarket/pharmacy options- but ended up in Sun Ray Health food shop instead- she put me on to Dandelion Tea- which seems to have worked a treat.... Its quite mild though- so I guess it depends what level of help you need to 'get things moving' iykwim lol I drink about 3 cups a day- really nice with milk and honey... seems to replace my coffee cravings.
Prob not much help sorry.
