Hi everyone, My name is Donna and I'm new to this forum thing so forgive my methods if they're not spot on!.The reason i'm launching into such a monster post is that i want to help ANYONE who suffers from this relatively uncommon symptom of pregnancy. I was reading through the titles and saw a post about one of the women experiencing a bout of vomiting during her sleep wanted to let people know of an (apparently) little known fact that preggie women can get a sort of reflux that makes them vomit (usually only very small amount but can vary), in their sleep! I got this with my third pregnancy (a girl) only and was away from home town and midwife so had to figure out how to fix it myself and SO by far the best method to avoid it happening is to SLEEP PROPPED UP ie in a lazyboy or up against lots of pillows on couch. Anyway, so sorry for big long message but wanted to help anyone in th same situation as this is a very upsetting unpredictable (doesn't neccessarily happen every night, or can happen twice in a night) symptom of some pregnancy

Its funny because when I logged on just now, I was thinking of that same thread! And I was going to head into it and suggest it could be reflux/heartburn! I'll head over there now.
