| Ive noticed Ava has a constantly white tongue. She is breastfed. Is this normal? she has alot of saliva in her mouth so i thought if it was milk it would go, but it doesnt. it isnt anywhere else on her mouth. |

| my midwife said that that is a symtom of thrush. so mayb get it checked? i dont no anything about thrush on babies except that though but i think it easily treated |

does it wipe off with a bit of muslin cloth? if not, then could be thrush. ------------- The Honest Un PC Parent of 2, usually stuck in the naughty corner! :P |

My DD1 had that too - and it is a symptom of thrush. You need to get onto your mw smart. All the best. -------------

Yep with the rest of them thrush, so you will need something for her and your nipples as well. A trip to the dr tomorrow is in order for you. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |
