itti AIO is best for during the day. i love them, they look great, absorb heaps and contain explosions . for night we use fuzzibuns for my boy, with a hemp supersoaker from babyharmony and 2 microfiber inserts. Hes a pretty heavy wetter so ive found this the best option.. although ive been lazy lately so he has been in Huggies over night for the last 2... Il get back into it tonight though!

I was in your shoes a couple of months ago, i found all the jargon and differnt brands so confusing. Now im kind of getting used to it all.
I wasnt even considering putting my older one in cloths but when i realised how much money i would save, even this close to toilet training i went with it. And lil miss can go into the larges when she gets bigger. He loves them now and doesnt want to poo in them so he has started using the potty sometimes!

My strongest advice would be to try several different ones to try them out before committing to one or the other. What's right for one mum and baby might not be right for you. Lots of people love the flexibility and trimness of pockets, for instance. Some babies cope in an AIO overnight so they might work for you. Personally I find (as do others I know) that I need fitteds and covers for overnight, but I prefer AIOs for during the day. It also depends on your laundry routine which is best for you as you might find the quicker drying time of pockets suits you.

Sorry that was an all over the place type reply, I'm typing one handed!

Why not get a BumGenius and an Itti Bitti D'lish to try and compare? They're quite different and you might find you prefer one over the other?

I like both but prefer Itti Bitti's.

I personally find AIOs soooo much better and convenient than pockets and by the time you have to buy inserts AIOs can end up cheaper.

If I was in your shoes I'd buy 3 pockets for night and the rest AIOs. How big are your kids? I'd say they would almost both fit in a large itti bitti
