What's your container of choice for hand expressing into? Have found plenty of info on how to do it, but nothing on what to do it into to not spray milk everywhere.

I used medula cups in hospital and found them quite good cause they were a nice smallish size and weren't just flat. Palmy hospital gave me 5 of them - very nice of them. They only hold about 50mls so I would just express some and tip it into a bottle

i only ever did it into a cup and was only ever getting enough to mix with baby food.

oh its all about how you direct it too i found, so maybe angling your nipple slightly.

A wide-mouthed cup (cups are better than glasses because they are lighter) and a flannel tucked into the under part of my bra.

Does it make you feel like you can start to understand the aiming technique of a guy? ROFL
