Yeah, I do. I make mini ones in muffin tins and then wrap then individually in cling film and he takes one out each day to add to his lunch box. One tray lasts two weeks, so it's baking muffins (which I also freeze) one weekend and then next weekend quiche. ------------- http://www.alterna-tickers.com">
