My little man is 11days old and today we are starting our cloth nappy adventure.
He looks so cute with his absolutely HUGE nappy bum. I'm hoping they don't leak as they still look a little big on him.
Will keep you posted as to how it goes.

Good luck! Lift his legs back towards him a little and just make sure there are no gaps under the thigh. You may need to add an extra insert. You can also cross over the waist domes if the waist is too loose.

11 days old, well done!

Aww I remember those sweet wee skinny legs with the big nappy lol. What type of cloth nappy have you got him in? And how's it gone so far?

Well its been a few days now and the cloths are going very well.
I'm using mostly fitteds - snazzipants, Karma and Bitti boos. I find that the Snazzipants are good at containing the explosions as the elastic rolls out around his tiny thighs but they are still very big on him and I find it hard to get them tight on him.
The Karma and Bitti boos are great size wise but haven't been as good at keeping in the explosions though I've never had it get past the covers. I just find at the moment they don't sit around his legs well enough which is a shame because they are so much trimmer and fit so much nicer under his clothes.
I am also using two Drybees which I abolutely love. I wasn't keen on using pockets so have mostly fitted naps but these are great. I just don't like the stuffing the pocket and the unstuffing the pocket bit.
