This is what OB is wonderful for! Most of us has been there when TTC, completly convinced that we're pg only to have AF arrive right on time (or a day late just to be a real witch!). I would just recommend you don't tell too many people in real life until you get that BFP and you are ready for people to know.  Miscarriage is always a big fear, especially when you've already had one (or more) in the past. Unfortunatly there are no magic words to make that feeling go away

don't be silly........i'm sure that ALL of us have at one point, convinced ourselves that we are preggers, only to have the ol tart show up to ruin it all!
