Yea ok, I know AF goes nutty after you come off the pill but here I am looking for tips, any tips...
Started spotting on Saturday and a little on Sunday then nothing til Wednesday when it was very very light so light it was almost spotting!!! OK, so i NEEED AF to be gone by next weekend... Any tips on how i can hurry this process??  ------------- http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2128f6">

OK, i tried excersising last night with no affect.. well, not really! IM gonna try that again tonight too!

I would prescribe lots of patience!
Vitex/Femzone can help regulate your cycles. Some chicks on here have had good results. Have a look at the Vitex thread. |

SHould I do another HPT? do you think it was too early? I mean, ive been having trouble sleeping, loss of appetite, headachey, smells annoying me, heavy feeling in my abdomen.. It sounds like normal PMT to me, but i cant help but hope that maybe i could be pg? I'm a bit confused by your post.... do you mean that your AF has gone? If so I don't quite understand why you are saying you hope it is gone by the weekend?? |

Basically whats happened is:
Saturday = Spotting Sun = nothing, mon = nothing, tusedday = nothing, wed =Light today = NOTHING Normally by today I would have a heavy flow. Now i hadnt expected my AF to be normal after coming off the pill, but i also wasnt expecting that I would have a light flow on wednesday and today have it stop completely! Im very afraid that I will have AF rear its ugly head again next week, and I dont want ti to be here NEXT weekend which what i feel is going to happen... ------------- http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2128f6">

I had a very light AF the first month when I came off BCP. I had been on BCP for about 12 years and when I came off after our honeymoon in May last year, the next AF was so light it was almost non existent! Then didn't get another one, cause I was pregnant! Try special cuddles
After being on BCP my cycle was whack for ages I would have 1 day AF and then 8 day AF and a cycle anywhere between 24 and 45 days it was crazy by 6 months it was perfect again. Had breakthrough bleeding in between cycles as well. Why dont you do an HPT just to make sure? If you're not preg it sounds like a light AF to me.
ETA: I didn't get anything like this when I came off the BCP but everyone is different. |

I was gonna do an HPT tonight as well and excersise lolSo everything i can think of. If al this fails, well, i guess it was a a very short af  And i wil leave it at that!!! It is quite possible that's as much as you're going to get this month. Mine have only been 1 1/2- 2 days each month since I went off the pill. I mentioned it to the doc the first time I went and she didn't think it was a problem. ------------- http://alterna-tickers.com">

On the pill my AF varied from 2 - 5 days and would vary in heavyness. Some months were non-existant others were really heavy.
Now Im off BCP nothing much has changed except for the length I have it for. I now have it from 3 - 6 days and some months its light and short, some are heavy and long. So I guess everyone is different. I agree with Amber, if you go out or plan a wee trip away she is sure to arrive in full force

Its very comforting to know im not the only one out there.. I knew it was going to different but i thought id go the other way and have very heavy AF's. Apparently not
