does/has anyone stuff their small pockets with med/large inserts just folded down at the top? just had a play with a small Foxybot and the inserts seem to fit ok with one folded at the top and then one folded at the bottom. Thought maybe I'd be better off investing in a heap more med/large so that when Andy and Bubs are in meds we will have a ton of them rather than getting smalls which will soon will be no use. Also it will help avoid my DH getting confused with sizes. hehehe
How many smalls would people reccomend?? $$$$$$$$
thanks

We use Caitlin's old small FB inserts as boosters in her mediums.

I've had one customer fold the front of a med/large insert, with the extra padding at the front for her extremely heavy wetter. It made the nappies very bulky and on the biggest waist setting but she was happy (and her son stayed dry - YAY!).

As for amount - depends how often you want to wash??!! I had 18 and that was perfect, but I still think 12 is fine. It just means in the early days you'll be washing them more often.

I tried using large inserts in small nappys but I didn't like how bulky it made them so I just got lots of small ones. Like Toni said they make good boosters.

From memory I had 15-18 nappies which worked great for us. It just depends how often you are washing/drying I think.
