I'm wondering if anyone has had the same as me, I stopped the BCP about 2 weeks ago, and I've started taking a women's multi vitamin twice a day (it has folic acid etc).
I'm not sure if it's cause I stopped BCP or the Multi Vit but I'm finding my skin is really itchy all over. I don't have a rash or spots or anything, just random places get itchy (chin, elbows, scalp etc) and once I scratch the itchiness spreads!
Has anyone else had anything like this?

Yeah it is pretty annoying. I'm thinking I should stop the Multi vit and just get some Folic acid instead?

You can get folic acid on script from the doc, so yep I would try that first and perhaps mention the itchyness whilst there.

Sounds like switching multi vit would be a good first step, or even just skip it for two weeks?
