How can I get medicine into a child that spews everytime I try?

Daniel needs to get some phenergan into him to help him sleep and to reduce his nausea. He also has antibiotics that he needs to take but everytime we try and put anything in his mouth he spews.

We gave him his antis after dinner, as soon as the medicine went in his mouth it all came up.

Then he had his bottle and tried the other one and that came up too
