Hi, our baby has slightly clicky hips and the Dr recommended double nappies. She is only 3 wks old so we are currently using a disposable and then a bum genius over her clothes as the 2nd nappy. We are wanting to move onto using cloth soon - has anyone got any ideas about how to do this with the clicky hips? Obviously 2 cloth nappies won't work - maybe I could add more to the pockets? We've already bought Bum Genius nappies for her.

i'm not sure but i would think using prefold/cover combo on a bub that young would have the same effect as double naps?
or perhaps stuffing a prefold/old style flat into your pockets would also work as they are more bulky than a normal insert?
jack had dislocated hips when he was born so was in double naps at the hospital but then he went into a pavlik harness when he was a week old

I think that a fitted nappy & cover would probably be best, but a well boosted BG could do it as well, as long as it's wide between her legs I think?

Jack was in double nappies as well. It needs to be quite wide so their legs are like frog legs. We would either use two traditional flats or a disposable and a toweling one over top.
