lemsip had the same thing last week and only took one sachet and it did the trick -------------

My midwife told me have nothing but manuka honey and panadol.
So I made a honey and lemon drink at home and had some panadol. it helped heaps :) ------------- |

Just make sure if you get lemsip, that you get the regular one (it only has paracetamol in it) - some of the other versions have pseudoephedrine derivatives in them, which is a no-no!
I've also succumbed to the lurgy that is going around....  I'm really hoping it doesn't go to my sinuses, as panadol won't do anything for congestion!-------------
