I'm knitting some more for Caprece, so easy (although she does already have 5 pairs )

oooh - i've been thinking about knitting some but didn't know about sizing. are they osfa or should i wait for bubs to arrive first?? do you have a pattern i could use?

I actually made up a pattern (well copied actual baby legs) They are OSFA but they might be a wee bit baggy while they still have chicken legs.

This is using 8ply wool with 3.5mm needles
I cast on 42 stitches and then k2 p2 for the first row and then p2, k2 for the next row and continue that for 8 rows.
I then do stocking stitch (knit a row and then purl a row) for 40 rows, then k2tog at the start and end of row 41 and then continue stocking stitch until there are 80 stocking rows.
I then k2 p2 for the next 8 rows. Then cast off and sew up the seams. You could do them on circs since its such an easy pattern.

cheers for that rachandjack -- even sounds like something i could manage!! I'm making bubs a beanie at the moment (second attempt ) so I'll give them a go after that
