Offer both breasts as per usual, and then offer the solids because they don't usually take alot in the first few goes
What are you going to try first?

First try we offered Farex, and the facials were just priceless LOL it was really cute.
She had about 1/2 a teaspoon with her first try and the same the 2nd time so we tried some apples and she LOVED it and ate 1/2 a jar Little piglet

I got told to start with vegies as they're harder to acquire a taste for? Jack didn't like Farex much (can't blame him - have you tasted it?! ) We've been doing pumpkin, then will move onto kumara, potato, marrow, broccoli then some fruit.
PS I LOVE baby food! I make it myself too and whatever Jack doesn't eat, I do!

dont forget the first food will be more liquid than solid...
and yeah still offer a full feed... you'll prob find that she will drop a feed herself when ready.
i remember with my first son we were out one day and i forogt his lunch time boobie and he didnt make any fuss at all and it wasnt till i got home that i even ralised!
