Hi there
T is loving eating marmite sandwiches, what other spreads would he be allowed? I cant think of anything he can have until he is older, maybe you guys have some ideas?

Jam is great. But some jams are quite high in sugar so we found. We put cheese in sometimes too.

Date spread! Chop dates and boil with a little water and butter until they are soft enough to mix to a paste.
