I used the Naturopharm Milk Flow spray and it was brilliant.

I used the Naturopharm tablets and it only took 3 days for my supply to increase - I think they are great!

From memory it wasn't too long - maybe a few days. I used it for ages, from when Brenna was 3 months through to 9 months (the Family centre put me onto it). I'll definately use it again next time! The bigger bottle ends up being much better value for money

I take Blessed Thistle, and find that great. Apparently it thickens your milk. It can be quite costly. The cheapest I've found is the Vits-Fit brand which is around $13 for 80 tabs.

I took Blessed Thistle when b'feeding Gina and it didn't make any difference to my milk supply. I also bought a special b'feeding tea from the health food shop and that made no difference either
