My baby girl Ataahua is 7 months old and for the last few months has been having problems with dry skin around her chin and chest area. It was first caused from heat rash and constant dribbling but after applying lemnis cream and bepanthem it still hasn't healed. She also tends to scratch it alot and has caused herself to bleed a few times which has left a little scar on her chest and to stop this she always has to wear mittens and a skivy or bibs which isnt much fun for her. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might help with her skin problems and maybe even something that will help clears up the scars?

Vitamin E oil. You can get the pure oil in a little glass tube with a roller on the end like a minature deoderant!

Hi
Welcome to Ohbaby! I have been recommended olive oil for dry skin to use in the bath and to massage in after the bath and to use no soap at all.

An adult friend of mine uses aquaes (sp?) cream for her dry skin which she gets from the doctor
