Check on The Nappy Network.

21st - 28th April.

Nothing organised in Wellington. Blah.

But there are definitely events elsewhere.

We are still in the process of putting ideas together - what sort of event would you like?

I'd love someone independant to show all sorts of brands and types of modern cloth nappies. I think last year they had a display at Richmond Mall but it was only one or two local sellers - we don't have any independant sellers that I know of in Nelson. Someone like Karyn (Mother's Instinct) that sort all types would be great (incl. WAHMs). I think that would generate a lot more interest.

I want to be able to do something for Welly but don't have a lot of time because of working full time.

I was thinking a nappiccino with demo kit etc at a Petone cafe. Anyone got any ideas on venues? Something large-ish and baby friendly!

What I want to see is what a fitted is as I only use pockets. But I don't know if there are people in Palmy that could do that.

Becks if you are very keen to see a fitted I can grab some off my friend.

Yeah I just don't what they are or what you do with them. Don't know if they'll be any good for Josh but just to see and be explained how they work would be cool.

I totally agree. It would be great to see all different kinds of nappies close up - to feel the fabrics, thicknesses etc, and to speak to someone with hands-on experience. I definitely think I could convert a few people if only I had a trial kit to loan out! Especially if it contained a few simple to use pockets such as HC, Fuzzi, BG - and a few stunners such as Foxybots & Itti Bittis to show off how gorgeous cloth can be.

Whenever a friend or someone I meet assumes I use sposies I loooooove showing them nappies and showing how awesome they are and that they are nothing like the old fashioned cloth and pins!

I'm the same Stacey, I love to show of Leo's nappies, especially his Foxybots as people can't get over how cute & soft they are!
