of ... Eden Loyis Watson.
Born by emergency caesarean at 4.18 pm on Wednesday 12 March, apgar 9, 10. Weight 4kgs (8pd 13) head circ 37.5cms, length 54cms. Finally home today and hoping she will settle in well. It was a very traumatic road for me and knowing that you were all here rooting for me and Eden helped. I have never in my life felt so surrounded by good wishes and warm thoughts and i think it helped me. I have read all the good thoughts and the hurry up vibes when i was in labour and it filled my eyes with tears. It was funny reading back and knowing what was happening at the time of the posts and remembering how it was going, or not going as the case seemed to be. So big thanks to all of you... oh and i am sure that i will now be visiting the caesar posts more often too now as this has completely knocked me for a loop... Will see if i get time to post some pics before Eden wakes for a feed... and will eventually write the proper birth story too. (oh and her middle name is pronounced Loys - silent I. It is French and was my grandmothers name.) |

I know... when i initially saw you had called your daughter eden i nearly took it off my list casue i felt i was copying a bit. but she looks so much like one i couldnt in the end. |

Yeah, she's a gorgeous wee girl  I love the name, I'd have hated to think that you missed out on a name that you loved just 'cause I had the same name for my wee girl.
If it's any consolation, we mainly call her Eddie, lol ------------- My wee girl is the love and light of my life!

funnily enough i only did it for the first time last night and gave a little jump cause it sounded so alien, but really nice at the same time... thanks guys...its good to be home but i never noticed before how noisy the boys are, who by the way are loving eden and its so cute.
