You are probably gearing up for labour Kawww, I wouldnt worry about anything like that so close to your due date as it is most likly baby coming I would just keep an eye on it, and start timing the pains.
My mum and a lot of women had diarohea before labour.

Yay things are sounding good for you, the toileting *thing* is great as we *empty*  before labour so there is not so much chance of an accident as the pushing baby out and pushing poo out is meant to be very much the same kinda feeling.  As for being thirsty all the time have a bottle or cup with you and have little often, similar to food as you prob wont feel much like eating a huge amount at a time.

Good luck for the coming few days and look forward to hearing about your wee mans arrival

update is (real quick as I'm running around getting ready)....doc wants to monitor me for 24 hours for toxemia..if all good I'm back home..if not baby will be here in next few days ...he is and i quote' a fairly reasonable size and about 41cm or so' not sure if that's good but doc seemed happy..so will either be back in 24 hours or a few days!
