Last night/ this morning... I tell you, the pain was overbearing, the cramps! But I am still pregnant today, not ready to have the baby quite so soon, it must have been a bad case of braxton hicks? and I felt really weird and sick

You might be having "niggles". It's not fun but the more kids you have the more likely you are to have false labour Kryssi's first set of niggles was a month before she was due and they came and went from there. Apparently mws often refer to it as 3rd pregnancy syndrome

Well yes obviously LOL but even when I did go into labour it was a few hours before I knew for sure it wasn't just another trial of labour (trial alright )

I had that at about 26 weeks, mine luckily stopped when I got to the hospital, so they *assume* it could have been the onset of pre-term labour. It wasn't fun at all, especially when I wasn't ready and I don't want bubs out yet! But yay if it's real for you, at least you get the prize at the end of it all!

Funny thing is today, I am feeling really good, no aches or pains yet, touch wood, maybe my body is getting ready for something?!?

I think you are suppose to be restfull for a few days before, the bodies way of making sure you have enough energy reserves for labour, maybe its the start of that today

Same thing happened to me at around 35/36 weeks with Jett. Had pains all day & thought it meant things would happen the next day, then it was REALLY quiet after for about 2 days, even baby's movement slowed down. I thought something would happen soon after, but alas he still waited for his due-dute 5 weeks later!

I am in the same boat as peachy was, this baby is 2 weeks ahead of itself and I am carrying too much extra fluid, eeeekkkk, don't want to have to push out a 11 lb bubs!
