Josh has had a wicked nappy rash that has involved about 7 odd trips to the dr over the past 2 weeks. We have been through 3 differnt types of cream and it is finally healing as his butt is itching him like crazy. We aren't wiping his butt clean - we have to shower him off everytime (very time consuming), and then lather his butt in silicone. But is there anything else I can do to stop the itching?? We are back at the dr again tomorrow (he asked us to come today but he was sick today) hopefully with some more help.

i know when jake and taine had chicken pox we bathed them in water with rolled oats in it. and rolled oats is really good as a face mask for soothing red irritating skin...maybe that would work?
