I have had this hayfever now for 8 days, is there anything that you can take while preggers? I have a yucky nose and coughing alot, so not sure if this is still hayfever, it is driving me bananas, and feeling beyond tired, while still looking after Lucy...

There are a couple of herbal remidies that you are supposed to be able to take. Ask at the health store. My sister found some chewable tablets from there while she was pregnant. I have some drops that are absolutely disgusting, but seem to take the edge off it.

Otherwise, the only other thing that seems to help me is a hot shower.

Good luck

Hmm I've never had hayfever, but I'd suggest maybe seeing a doc to confirm it, if you are worried that it could be something else. They may be able to prescribe something. Or even have a chat to your local pharmacist.

I had awful trouble with my sinuses during my last pregnancy and the pharmacist said there wasn't anything he could give me but my doc was able to prescibe something.

Good luck, I hope you get it sorted. Theres nothing worse than feeling unwell, being pregnant as well as having a child to look after!

There is a nasal spray that is safe to take during pregnancy. Takes a couple of days to kick in but once it does it is bliss.
