A couple of days ago Caleb came out with a bit of a spotty rash on his face and in his groin. It is lots of tiny little spots that are pinky/red and is slightly raised. I thought it might have been a food allergy as I fed him some solids he hadnt had before, but I stopped that 2 days ago and have been feeding him carrots which he hasnt had any problems with and more area has shown up on his back.

Does anyone know if it could be eczema? It doesn't look overly sore just a bit puffy and pink.

Could be! I don't know if you remember what Sam's looked like that day we were out, but similar to a heat rash. Hers started around her neck, groin, stomach & back then moved to behind knees and elbows. Now it is just everywhere
Might pay to take him to the doctor to be sure though

Does it seem to bother him?

Excema does look a bit like that. Is it settling down? Otherwise a trip to the doc would be in order to get some creams (and confirm diagnosis)...

It did look a bit likes Sam's did in her groin but on his back it is more bumpy than red. I first noticed in on his cheek and then his groin.

It doesnt seem to be bothering him at all but maybe I will take him off to the doctor just to be on the safe side.

Julie it might be worth visiting the doc just for your piece of mind. Hopefully just a heat rash!
