Hey, I have stopped bfing and am just wondering how long it should be until I get AF. I started running my supply down 3 weeks ago but it didn't stop completely till about 2 days ago. -------------

Different for everyone but won't be far away.
I got mine on Elle's 1st birthday...12mths to the day! Was (am) still breastfeeding though. ------------- Mummy to Gabrielle and Ashley |

I am also an unlucky one I got mine 6 weeks after jack and last week with Caprece and both of mine were/are exclusively bf.
Hopefully your lucky and it doesn't come back for ages |

I stopped bf when Gina was 6 months old and got af 2 weeks later. I had reduced down the bf for a couple of weeks before stopping. I think it can vary quite a bit though between different women. ------------- http://lilypie.com">  http://lilypie.com">

With Andrew I wasn't exclusive BF him and finally gave it up at 5 months and didn't get AF back till he was 7 months I think. Josh i'm still BF him morning and night and have just started that and she isn't back yet. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |
