| Went to countdown today and Jake started yelling "THOMAS CAKE" at the top of his lungs. turns out Greens make a Thomas the tank engine cupcake mix, complete with edible icing. these things were fantastic. easy enough that jake and I could do them. and not too sweet. icing was cute (thomas characters) if chewy and jake is currently dragging a chair over to where they are to lick off more icing. a success! |

Can add to that as we used them for paris's birthday - we used the fairy ones, bought 2 packs of them and they made up far far more than the packet said, after we had made the 12 cupcukes each packet was supposed to make, we chucked in some choccy chips to the left-over mixture, put them in the tiny little cupcake papers and got another 30 or so mini choc chip ones!.
Definately a very very good buy. (their cake mixes are awesome too i use them sometimes for the girls birthday cakes!) ------------- Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja

| we have used both of these too and they were so cool. Kobe couldnt quite understand he was allowed to eat the thomas topping and kept pulling them off but it was fun making them together and of course eating them |

Anna and Quinn made some of the Thomas ones when we went to play at Mel's once, and Maya has made them a few times too. And I always use the plain Greens cake mix for birthday cakes, it's a good multi-purpose cake. -------------  Maya Grace (28/02/03)
