I have discovered how to make my seatbelt fit me better. on the door side there is a bit which you can slide down.

yay and I can even wear my jacket :)

Some cars like mine just won't do anything in the way of making seatbelts bigger (I have a boyracer car with racing seats which take up seatbelt length). I have a medical certificate so I don't have to wear it. There's no way I would go anywhere faster than 50km/hr without a seatbelt on though! If I need to go on a piece of road that's faster I'll take the 'family car' rather than mine!
