Hi,

DS has always been a good eater, up until about 2 weeks ago you could not get the food in quick enough.

Then all of a sudden he wasn't bothered by lunch, but brekky and dinner still good, over the last few days he is either on or off, but he always ate breakfast really well, until yesterday so now thats all meal times he's not bothered about.

He's a big boy and still sleeping well so I am not worried just interested in is this just a phase really.

Or is it because he needs something new, I am always offering slightly different combos of stuff, so its not always the same tastes.

Its also not like he has none, he will have a few spoons, anywhere between 1 and 4 but the other week he was eating enormous amounts.

He's still drinking all his milk and drains each bottle so thats fine, just interested in why solids would not be so popular when he used to love them.

It's totally normal for their appetite for solids to fluctuate Just keep doing what you're doing and he'll be hoovering it down again soon!

oh ok, it's beginning to drive me nuts, getting food out defrosting it warming it and then putting it in the bin.

Fi I'm with you on this one! Though finding out that she has a sore throat has explained her more recent lack of appetite for solids, poor thing.
