Hi ladies,

there is some research out there that shows that men older than 41 at conception are far more likely to have girls. So for those of you out there whos partner was older than 41 at conception did this work for you?

My husband turned 40 on my LMP date & we had a girl. But we weren't exactly charting though so not sure how accurate that is.

My hubby was 40 and we conceived a little boy and trying for a girl now (so if age is a factor woohoo).... I can kind of get the theory though - lower swimmer count tends to sway for a girl and I guess as men get older they might have less swimmers?

DH was 40 at time on conception with our DS and 41 for our DD. Seems to support the theory?
