I know everyone says dont stress when TTC and that it will happen when your not thinking about it - but how on earth do you not stress and think about it?!
When you want something so bad its on your mind 24/7 and I just cant learn to switch that off!
Seriously though, keep busy! If you're busy you don't have time to think about it. There are so many awesome things to see and do in life, having a baby is just one of them.
Sorry, can't help you. For almost 3 years I could have told you at any second how many days to/from AF and ovulation I was. BUT I conceived Kiara on our first holiday for ages so I reckon the relax thing really does help if you can do it.
I am not much help as I think TTC & stress go hand in hand.
I think you need to take into account a few factors like how long you have been trying, your age, weight, any medical condition, birth control & timing.
You can go to your GP & get some test done for you & your partner. You can start charting & taking your temperature as that will help with timing.
Ha, maybe book a holiday and you will get utd before!
Re relax . . . I KNOW!!!! Its the biggest oxymoron-type-thing. I don;t know that it IS possible to switch off
Just a thought, maybe decide to 'practice trying' before properly trying (not sure that really works, but I'm putting it anyway) ie 'practice' using the preseed, 'practice' using the OPK's etc, whatever you're doing? But don't have too set a time of when practicing finishes and real trying begins, cos that would be hard if it takes longer than you want.
One thing we talked about was having one bd for the baby, and subsequent bd were for us, and for fun. tbh it didn't work! They all ended up being 'for the baby'
