Sarah it doesn't sound like you're having enough caffeine to make that much difference on the baby. I think s/he is just getting more active simply because he/she is getting older! Also around this time the fluid levels in there start decreasing and that makes the movements feel stronger as well.

Last time I was pregnant, I had serious craving for sand, DH had to ban me from going to the beach beacuse I couldnt stop my self from trying to lick it :p I used to collect it and just have jars of sand sitting around the house! It turned out I had realy low iron and as soon and I started taking suppliments the cravings faded. I do still get the odd craving for it still though, I just love going to the beach and finding the smoothest sand possible to bury my feet in, dont want to eat it any more though :)
