Cheryl, I totally understand not wanting to become high risk. I've also become high risk (other reasons) but it takes away so many choices and I do find that a bit hard.
I've also found that thinking to myself when I eat something "is this something I want to feed to my baby?" helps with eating healthy. As does not allowing DH to eat *bad* foods in front of me. Its much easier when they are not there tempting me. One more motivation - I don't want to feed my baby so much that it becomes a sumo-baby cos I've got to push it out

(We have genes for 12lb babies in our family!).
Good luck, and hopefully the MS doesn't last too much longer for you. Mine eased off a bit after 10 weeks, and was gone by about 16 weeks. Making sure I got enough sleep also helped for me.
