I have been taking my temp (this time the same time each morning) first two mornings were the same then the 3rd morning went up 0.1 degree then the 4th morning went up another 0.2 degrees.

the first actual day was quite high but thats because it ws taken at around 11pm at night.

Yip, that sounds ok, check out some of the charts in our charting thread to see how it flucuates for different people.

In a perfect world it probably would stay a bit more consistent and only go up after ovulation but I think as long as you clearly have 2 phases (or kinda clearly) then it's all good. Some blips are ok. Come add your chart if you haven't already (the list is getting pretty long so sorry I can't remember) and us 'experts' will check it out.

My temps are all crazy too, like one day 36.3 then 36.0 then 36.1 and this is before ovulation even starting....
