omg, i cant believe what i fly off the handle at at the moment, and normally (as in if i wasnt pregnant it wouldnt bother me).

I noticed this when pregnant with Rhiannon as well, and im just wondering if there is anything i can take apart from rescue remedy (that stuff makes me puke ).

Its so unfair on Rhiannon that she is always getting yelled at for just being a toddler.. ....any suggestions would be great

Walking. It's the only thing that calmed me down when I got so up tight and sometimes couldn't stop crying.

Oh, and chocolate :) Have you had your BP checked?

No suggestions here either except maybe trying to have days more often where you can hang together and not have too much to do like chores etc? I find on busy days where I am trying to do housework, get organised to go out, I snap at poor Erin a lot more (and I think it's a pg thing too). Big hugs honey!

If rescue remedy drops make you want to puke you could try putting the drops in a water bottle and sipping on that.
My midwife suggested that to me and I couldn't taste it at all.
The other thing I found that worked quite well was whenever I felt like I wanted to scream and shout at Ella over normal toddler behaviour, I'd get down and give her a cuddle and sing songs with her instead.
I felt so much better after doing that than if I had vented all my frustration by shouting and gave me time to get things back in perspective again.

Just a note...EPO is not recommended until the last 2-3 weeks of pregnancy as it promotes the production of prostaglandins - the hormones that help your cervix thin out during labour.

Tis otherwise good though, I was taking it for baaaad PMS pre-pg and found it really helped.

good point re the EPO.

this site here - http://www.birthfriendly.co.uk/alternative.htm - has some great info and i got this re lavendar oil wich sounds like it might be helpful.

Lavender oil is undoubtedly the most popular and useful aromatherapy oil with regards to pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. Used from the second trimester on it is wonderfully relaxing, used during childbirth (in a massage, compress, vaporiser or in the bath or birthing pool) it can help relax the mother and reduce pain felt. After the birth it is a wonderful natural antiseptic and makes a great “first bath” after delivery.
